Nationwide Home Comfort was founded in 2013 by Perry Kemp and Roman Berson and began as a Sales and Marketing Agency. In 2014, we started incorporating our own installation capabilities and building a strong wing of certified technicians. We went on to set up service capabilities and aligned ourselves with several finance companies and suppliers. We then took possession of our head office in Markham, and not long after opened our warehouse in Ottawa, followed by our second office in Toronto. We then set off to establish an in-house contact center and departmentalized our company. We now have over 100 staff members and our installation and service network spans all across Ontario.
At Nationwide, our underlying goal is to provide exceptional services to our customers. We are committed to delivering exceptional professionalism, service and quality workmanship. We want to be regarded as one of the most prominent Canadian companies in our industry, providing the highest quality products and services, and consistently innovating the way we do business.
Locations and Facilities
Nationwide Home Comfort has office/warehouse locations in Markham, Toronto, and Ottawa. Nationwide Home Comfort’s head office is located at 240 Riviera Drive in Markham Ontario. Our head office is a 7,500-square-foot warehouse and office split that allows us to have complete oversight of our operations at all times. At Nationwide Home Comfort’s head office, we bridge the gap between marketing/sales and service/installation. We also operate a 25-seat contact centre internally that handles a variety of operations including customer service, telemarketing, order placing, sales verification and customer retention. Nationwide Home Comfort plans to do exactly what the name says, become a national company.

Perry Kemp – President
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Perry Kemp’s first taste of entrepreneurship was in 2004 when we was hired to go door to door for a marketing agency promoting their Natural Gas and Electricity programs. This experience opened Perry’s mind to the possibility of entrepreneurship. He took it on himself to use his experiences learned from this job to further his development as a professional and to improve his business knowledge.
Perry Kemp moved on to managing several large-scale sales organizations, and eventually creating his own marketing agency that became one of the largest in the B2C home services industry. Perry Kemp has extensive experience in business management, operations management, finance, and marketing. Perry now serves as the President for Nationwide Home Comfort. During his management and oversight of Nationwide Home Comfort Perry Kemp has played a key role in growing the organization internally. Starting with just 2 full time employees Perry Kemp was able to implement his vision and create a thriving organization from the ground up. Through his proper management, analysis, and implementation skills Perry Kemp is a key member of the management team.
Roman Berson – Vice President
Roman Berson was born in the Ukraine and moved to Canada at the age of 10. He started his career in direct marketing at the tender age of 16, where he was hired for an entry-level sales position with Superior Energy. Through his endless determination and hard work ethic he managed to earn a promotion to Sales Manager with Summit Energy. Roman’s ability to adapt has ensured that he has enjoyed large amounts of success in every industry that he has encountered. In the HVAC industry he innovated new sales processes that drastically improved marketing campaigns. Roman Berson moved on to being the Director of Operations and a Distributor at Eco Energy Home Services, his ability to build sales forces, and bring ambitious people together to reach a common goal has helped him continue to prevail in the direct marketing industry. Roman Berson currently serves as the Vice-President of Nationwide Home Comfort and is committed in ensuring the growth and expansion of the company.
Anthony Pillay – Director of Sales
Born in London England, Anthony Pillay immigrated to Canada in his teenage years and attended school in the greater Toronto area. At 19 years of age Affinity Global hired Anthony Pillay, where he was able to use his strong communication and analytical skills to become the fastest and youngest promotion to supervisor in the company’s history. Anthony Pillay exceeded all expectations as a supervisor and was rewarded by being promoted to the position of manager, in doing so became the youngest and fastest promotion to manager to industry history at 20 years of age. Anthony Pillay remained at Affinity Global for five more years. During that time he grew his department from 18 full time employees to 150 full time employees, making his department the largest in the company. Anthony grew his department’s monthly revenues from $80,000 to a staggering 2.6 million in under three years. Multiple clients under his management included TD Bank, American Express, Rogers Communications, Telus Mobility, and The Royal Bank of Canada. Anthony Pillay was appointed Manager of Business Development in May 2015 and then promoted to Director of Sales in April 2016.
